Join us for an exciting Butterfly and Breaststroke Clinic! This event is for swimmers of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
Beginning swimmers must be able to endure repeated 25 yard drills and pool sessions of up to 2 hours.
What to Expect:
Expert Coaching: Learn the special skills for butterfly and breaststroke from College Coaches & Swimmers
Technique Drills: Work on body position, kicks, and arm movements to improve your timing and coordination

Meal: Pizza dinner is provided. If your swimmer has diet restrictions, please pack a meal.

This week we focus on the special skills of Starts, Turns & Underwater Travel. This event is for swimmers of all levels, from beginners to High School athletes.
Beginning swimmers must be able to endure repeated 25 yard drills and pool sessions of up to 2 hours.
What to Expect:
Expert Coaching: Learn the special skills for Freestyle & Backstroke from College Coaches & Swimmers
Technique Drills: Work on starts & turns for all strokes as well as underwater dolphin kick & breaststroke pullouts.
